Christmas Cards

So, Shutterfly is running a promotion: Blog about them and get 50 free cards. Heck yes! I'm in.

I already have my card designed and waiting...

Here's the design I chose this year (click here).

2008's (I skipped Christmas cards all together last year - oops!) was very similar to this (click here). It worked perfect for our wedding photos. I took black and white photos and tinted them red so they matched. They were my favorite to date, but I must say I'm a little more excited about this year's card. That may or may not be because they include my adorable pit bull named Stella... :)

Speaking of weddings, I also made wedding albums as gifts in 2008. We went with the 8x11 hardcover (click here) and everyone loved it... especially my mother-in-law who was unable to make it to the wedding. It was like we brought the wedding to her :)

Are you sick of the Shutterfly love, yet? Of course not! So, click here to get your free cards too!

Zero.

That's how much time I've had to update this thing in the past couple weeks.

I'm a bad blogger. I know.

The good news is that I don't have a wedding this weekend, which means I should be able to have my list up and running by Monday.

Wish me luck!

One-hundred-one.

I guess I should also explain the other half of my blog title - 101.

The mission:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The criteria:
Tasks must be specific with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined.
Tasks must also be realistic and stretching.

(See more here: http://www.triplux.com/dayzero/)

Sounds like fun, right?

I'm off to compile a list.

Task one: Find my damn cell phone.

Twenty-four.

I figured today would be a good starting point.

First, because it's my birthday.
Second, because I'm at work... and it's my birthday.

I've had 23 birthdays prior to this (obviously) and haven't had to work on any of them. I guess that's the joy of growing up.

I just typed up a nice recap of the past year, but I decided it was too much.
So, I'll summarize my summary in six words:
Bought a house.
Got married.
Honeymooned.

It was a pretty awesome year.

Twenty-four has a lot to live up to.
(...too bad I started it by losing my cell phone this morning.)
